Si Je Veux Terms and Conditions
All Si Je Veux items can be shipped worldwide.
All deliveries will require a signature.
Delivery within the UK is free of charge.
For delivery costs outside of the UK, please contact email@example.com for more details.
The purchaser will be responsible for any import duties and taxes relevant to the shipping location. Si Je Veux cannot be held liable for these charges.
The purchaser is required to comply with any restrictions and laws applicable to the shipping location. Si Je Veux cannot be held liable for any breach of these laws or restrictions.
Right of Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your contract with Si Je Veux (in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014).
To exercise your right of cancellation, written notice must be given (see contact page) giving exact details of the item and delivery.
Should you choose to exercise your right of cancellation after delivery to you, the goods must be in un-used and re-saleable condition.
The return of goods to Si Je Veux will be at your own cost. Reasonable care must be taken to ensure that goods to be returned are not damaged while in your possession or in transit.
On notification of cancellation of contract by you, Si Je Veux will refund the sum payed for the goods within 30 days.
Should you fail to return the goods as stated in the therms here, Si Je Veux may charge you for the cost of recovering the goods.
Please note: You do not have the right to cancel the contract for any commissioned order. (Commissioned order being any item which has been designed, modified or amended according to your instructions.)
All refunds will be made in the same currency as they were purchased. Si Je Veux cannot be held liable for any loss due to currency fluctuations in exchange rates.
To return goods to Si Je Veux, contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order and request a returns authorisation code
Returned goods that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer, at their expense. All returned goods must have a returns authorisation code, and may be returned to the sender without one.
1 – Contact Si Je Veux within 7 days of receiving the order & request a returns authorisation code. Returns to Si Je Veux must be made within 7 days of receiving the returns authorisation code.
2 – Complete the returns form that was with your order, and include it with the returned goods.
3 – Return the order in the original packaging taking care that the goods are not damaged, and within 7 days of getting the returns authorisation code to ensure a full refund or exchange.
4 – Items must be returned by signed for delivery - returns sent in any other way may not be credited.
5 – You will be contacted within 30 days by Si Je Veux once the item has been received and processed.
Use the above returns process and state at the time of requesting your returns authorisation code the product that you wish to exchange for.
On successful receipt of the returned item/s to Si Je Veux the exchange item/s will be delivered to you after the balance payment is refunded or received as necessary.
If the requested product is not available, you will be notified when it is available.
Returned items received by Si Je Veux more than 7 days after you have been given your returns authorisation code may be accepted at the discretion of Si Je Veux, and may only be refunded as a credit note.
Return authorisation codes requested after 7 days are granted at the discretion of Si Je Veux.
